Yields: 15 cookies

The recognizable cozy spices and plump blueberries make them even more irresistible. They will keep for at least one week if kept in an airtight container in the fridge --if they last long!


1 cup (100g) instant oats (fermented if needed and quantified like this)

3/4 cup (90g) whole wheat or fermented * flour (quantified like that )

1 1/2 tsp baking powder



1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted and cooled slightly

1/4 cup (63g) mashed banana

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup (120mL) pure maple syrup

1/4 cup (40g) raisins

In a medium bowlwhisk together the yogurt, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the maple syrup. Add in the flour mixture, stirring just until incorporated. Fold in the raisins.
